Ron Kitzmiller Cues

Gorgeous Kitzmiller cue made around ‘99-’00 featuring ultra sharp cut inlay work – 4 dark bacote into a premium piece of bird’s eye maple – extra bacote section below the points – cocobolo butt sleeve – the cue features exceptional inlay work of decorative ivory swords, traditional scalloped spear tips, door hinge shapes, and dots (Ron does all the template work for these inlays himself, so there is nothing else like some of his shapes around) – flat face black linen phenolic joint (3/8-10 pin) – black linen phenolic butt cap that has a slight flare and silver and pearlescent trim rings at the edge – textured black leather wrap – cue is in very good condition (roughly 85%) with a few dents and dings, just superficial in the finish, mainly localized in the butt sleeve and butt cap area - superb playing cue with a Ron’s well-known stiff hit – good buy from a cuemaker than has yet to build 100 cues (and probably less than 1/3 are fancy)

Ron Kitzmiller has been building cues for around 20 years in Hixson, Tennessee.  His cues are all completely hand-made using traditional construction methods.  He is known locally for his great playing cues, replacement shafts, and repair work.  All of his cue designs are very original and unique.  The inlay work is hand cut and fitted using a manual pantograph --- no CNC.  From sneaky-petes to fancy one-of-a-kind cues, Ron’s prices are reasonable and he takes great pride in producing fine playing cues.
