– Policies
Pricing – We price our cues at or around what we feel retail or market
value is. Some of our cues may
even be priced a little below market value. These are generally cues that we would like to move quickly
or perhaps traded into at a real bargain. If you have any questions about the price of any cue,
please ask. We are happy to
explain and to take time to help educate buyers on collectible cues.
Payment – For your convenience we can accept payment via cashier’s check,
money order, personal check, bank wire transfer, or credit card through
PayPal (www.paypal.com). Please notify us
in advance if you intend to pay through Paypal. You will find that we will try to be as accommodating as
possible with payment arrangements.
International purchases may involve some additional transaction
fees, especially if we have already discounted the cue’s price.

Shipping – Our standard domestic shipping is 2/3 day service via USPS
priority mail. That fee is
included in the price of the cue.
Overnight service via USPS or FedEx is also available but there
will be an extra cost to the buyer.
Also, insurance is extra unless we agree to include it in a
negotiated price.
International Shipping – Overseas shipping is quoted on an individual transaction
basis. If you have any questions
regarding shipping, please email us with your address/country and we
would be happy to talk with you and give you an estimate or quote. We typically like to use Global
Express Mail (EMS).
Condition – Condition percents and descriptions
are consistent with the information found in Brad Simpson’s Blue Book of Pool Cues. Shafts/butts are
straight within reasonable tolerance unless otherwise noted in our
description. Cues listed are in
original condition unless otherwise noted. Simply put – you need not worry, we do not deal in
misrepresented or junked-out pool cues.
Guarantee – We take pride in saying that your
satisfaction is guaranteed. Upon
receipt of the cue, if it is not to your liking, you will be required to
notify us within 48 hours from the receipt of the cue. We will then make arrangements for you
to return it for a full refund of your purchase price less shipping
expenses, insurance, and possible credit card transaction fees. It goes without saying that we must receive
the cue back in the same condition that it was originally shipped. All sales are final, unless notified.
Trades and
Purchases – Interesting trade offers are always welcome. This is especially true for works by
any of the past masters (Balabushka, Szamboti, Petersen, Palmer, Spain,
Rambow, Paradise, etc.) Please
note that we are mainly interested in custom cues, so it would be rare
for us to make a purchase offer or trade on a production cue.
Ideally, we would first like to see a cue in person, but
sometimes we will be able to agree to an offer if quality pictures are
available and you give us accurate information on the cue. When emailing us images, please try to
have the images cropped to keep the file sizes manageable.
We will
try to be fair and as reasonable as possible on any offers. Keep in mind that our offers will be speculative. In other words we will not be able to
pay you retail price for your cue.
On
trades, we must receive and inspect your cue first before we ship
anything out. Also, if you ship
us a cue that we have agreed to accept in trade or purchase, and it is
not what you say it is, condition, straightness/warpage, originality,
etc., you will responsible for the return shipping charges if an
agreement cannot be worked out.
Consignment
Services – We typically
do not offer consignment services on most
cues. But if you have something
unique that you would like for us to try to sell for you, please email us
to see if it would be something of interest. We reserve the right to refuse any consignment arrangement
for whatever reason. Please
inquire with us if you would like additional information and we can
discuss the particulars.
Release of
Information – We will not release any of your personal information (name,
email address, phone number, etc.) to anyone.
Opinions – Any
opinions, descriptions, or expressions listed on this website are ours
and ours alone.
Misuse/Fraud – We are not responsible for any fraudulent
activities that dishonest people may try to pull such as hijacking images
of our cues and offering them for sale on eBay or another auction forum
or classified listing. If you see
something that looks suspicious, check with us first before bidding. Please don’t get taken by these
unscrupulous bastards...there are many out there.
