Rocky Tillis

Fancy Titlist conversion made by Florida legend Rocky Tillis – old Brunswick blank with vibrant veneers and rosewood points into straight grain maple (maple/ mahogany/teal/purple) – each point has 6 dot inlays whick look to be done in white phenolic and a dot dot at the tip of the points - butt sleeve features a rosewood middle section with more white dots and double silver trim rings set in black high and low that are bordered by white (looks to be Delrin or acrylic) – Delrin butt cap – piloted stainless steel joint (5/16-18) - white/black speck Penn linen wrap - original oil finish – cue is all original and we think dates to late 1960s – was made as a matched pair with the cue pictured below

Corsair

Honduran cocobolo players cue made by west coast legend Hank Korsiak the 1980s – the forearm has maple stitch rings bordered by brass at the joint and above the wrap – the butt sleeve features two rings sets (high and low) with layers of maple/rosewood stitching bordered by brass rings and set in black linen – cream colored thermoplastic butt cap - flat face ivory joint (5/16-18) - white/black speck Irish linen - original oil finish and it appears to be finished over the wrap – one shaft that is about 1/2" longer with a thinner, longer taper – straight and sound – very nice and rare vintage Corsair custom cue - mid to late 1980’s - letter of authenticity

Old style phenolic “Black Beauty” made by Hank Korsiak in the 1980s – solid black phenolic forearm and butt with lots of inlay work - 5 aluminum dots of alternating size in the forearm - aluminum dots in the butt sleeve in the rare/desirable “Rose Blossom” pattern – the butt sleeve is nicely trimmed out with aluminum and hardwood ring sets high and low - piloted brown linen phenolic joint (5/16-18) with aluminum and hardwood & maple stitch rings in the collars – wrap appears to be white/brown speck linen and has the original oil finish applied over it - super collectible cue with a truly innovative design – dead straight and plays great – one shaft even looks to have the original red fiber backed Champion tip – a second new shaft was made using the original ring work - extremely rare high end Corsair cue - letter of authenticity
